Manpura: CMO Under the guidance of Solan, the team of Health Department under the leadership of Tehsildar Devraj Bhatia of Nalagarh has lodged cases against Badlapur police after conducting surprise visits in Baddi-Barotiwala. All the clinics caught were fraudulently run, against whom the cases have been registered under section 419 and 420 and under the Drug and Cosmetic Act. According to information, Tehsildar Devraj Bhatia, BMO Dr. Kuldeep Jaswal and A.D.M. Under the leadership of Anuj, the police dispersed the Baddi-Sai route. During this period, cases were registered against 4 doctors in Baddi and Bilanwali.

There was no entitlement to practice
There was no board on these fake doctors shop. The doctor posted in these clinics had no eligibility to practice, while the other homeopathic degree in another clinic had not been renewed for a long time. CMO Dr. R.K. Nalagarh: A team of Health Department conducted surprise inspections of private clinics in Baddi on Thursday. Four doctors have not been able to show the documents regarding the validity certificate and running the clinic during the inspection. They have registered a case under section 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, under the Drug and Cosmetic Act.



Under the leadership of SDM Anuj, BMO Dr. Kuldeep Jaswal and Tehsildar Nalagarh Devraj Bhatia, the team of Health Department has confessed in private clinics on Baddi Sai Marg. 
He examined Laxmi Kalyanik, Gupta Clinic, Bengali Dr. RK Biswas and private clinics in Binawali, doctors degree and other documents.
During this time, a doctor had no document related to practice, while a doctor had a homeopathy degree, which was not renewed after 1985. In two other cases, doctors did not get any documents on which they can practice.
Dr. Kuldeep Jaswal, Sectional Officer, said that people will not be allowed to feed themselves with health. Complaints were being received against some physicians in Baddi, under which some clinics were inspected.
CMO Dr. RK Dharoch told that action will be taken against all four clinic operators holding the act. These cases have been handed over to the police and the police is investigating it seriously. SP Baddi Bashir Singh has confirmed the matter.
